When does my service start?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your cover is activated instantly. You’ll receive an email confirmation within minutes.

Do I need to schedule anything to activate the plan?
No need. Your service plan begins automatically and is valid for 12 months from the time of purchase.

When does the service expire?
Your cover will expire exactly 12 months later, on the final day at 23:59, unless renewed.

How do I use my plan if I need a repair?

🔧 What’s Included:

  • Unlimited callouts and repairs for covered appliance during the 12-month plan
  • Labor costs covered
  • Replacement parts (subject to availability)
  • Technician visits arranged within 24–48 hours of logging a fault
  • Cover for mechanical/electrical breakdowns

🚫 What’s Not Included:

  • Cosmetic damage or wear and tear
  • Pre-existing faults prior to cover
  • Faults caused by misuse or unauthorised repair
  • Appliances over 10 years old at the start of the plan
  • Damage from natural disasters, floods, or fire

  • Currently covering UK mainland postcodes only
  • Remote regions (e.g. Scottish Highlands) may have longer response times—contact us to confirm service availability in your area

⏱ Response Time:

  • We aim to arrange an engineer visit within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)

đź”’ Prohibited Use & Plan Exclusions

To ensure fair use and protect our service integrity, we do not cover the following under any plan:

  • Pre-existing damage or faults present before plan activation
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or tampering
  • Repairs or services unrelated to normal appliance function
  • Any illegal or fraudulent use of our platform or services
  • Appliances that have not been used as per manufacturer’s guidelines

Important: If any of the above applies, your plan may be voided, and no refund or support will be offered.
